  4. In the event of supply difficulties, Sayvour reserves the right to substitute the goods or packaging of equal value without prior notice.
  5. All our chocolate and pastry products are freshly made by hand and small discrepancies should be anticipated even in the same batch of products.
  6. Chocolate and confectionary products are freshly handmade with no added preservatives and should be kept in a cool and dry place away from odor, sunlight and intense heat. Products should be kept between 16℃ - 20℃ with humidity below 60%.
